Healthy Stuff

 It is always good to start your day with a healthy breakfast. A healthy breakfast allows your mind to think better and operate more efficiently. Other good habits are having a good night sleep (9 hours). Always work out or do some form of exercise each day. Working out is a good habit because it keeps you healthy and fit. Having a food sleep energises you so you can think better and perform task essayer and with perfection. Brushing your teeth is also a good habit because it keeps your teeth clean and minty fresh. Never skip a meal because meals give you energy for what is to come.
